When Will My Order Arrive? (U.S. Orders Only)
Each item is made to order and shipped from Pennsylvania. Processing generally takes
2–4 business days. After processing, orders typically arrive within 1 business day via UPS Ground.
(Processing time + Shipping = Delivery time)
If you need your item by a specific date, please reach out before ordering to check if
expedited delivery is possible. We can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date unless
arranged in advance. Returns or cancellations won’t be accepted if an item doesn’t
arrive by your desired date once the timeframes are provided.
Notice: Orders may ship separately due to specific packaging requirements. Paper
products like cards and stickers will always ship separately. You’ll receive a separate
shipping email for each item.
International Orders

Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders for all apparel cannot be canceled after being placed, as they immediately enter
production. However, we can update your address or apply a discount code if needed.
We cannot change the shipping address once an order has shipped.
I Entered the Wrong Address. Can I Change It?
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us right away and provide the full
updated address in your message. Address changes can only be made within one hour
of ordering. If the order has already entered production, we won’t be able to make any
changes.
Return Policy
We’re committed to making things right if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase.
Damaged or lost items will be replaced free of charge.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@thisiswhatapparel.com with
a photo within 7 business days for a replacement. Due to our made-to-order process,
we do not accept returns on seasonal items.
Return to Sender / Invalid Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for any
reshipping fees, which are non-refundable. Refusing to pay reshipping fees will result in a 50% restocking fee. This is What, LLC isn’t responsible for unclaimed packages or for contacting the post office to reschedule delivery.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows delivery
confirmation. If an order is marked “delivered” but wasn’t received, please contact your
local post office to investigate. We offer a replacement (not a refund) for orders lost in
transit.
Duplicate Credit Card Charges
What may appear as a double charge is likely a temporary authorization. This should
clear within 48 hours, showing only one charge. Please avoid multiple clicks on “Place
Order” during checkout to prevent duplicate charges.
Order Acceptance Policy
Order confirmation emails acknowledge your order but do not guarantee acceptance.

No Vulgar Language Policy
This is What LLC is committed to creating products that align with our values of respect, positivity, and inclusivity. To uphold this standard, we do not accept orders containing any form of vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate language or imagery.
1. Language and Content Restrictions: Orders with text or designs that include
profanity, offensive language, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or any other
form of inappropriate content will not be processed.
2. Order Review and Rejection: Each order is reviewed to ensure it complies with
our guidelines. Any orders containing prohibited language or imagery will be
canceled, and the customer will be notified. A full refund will be issued for
canceled orders.
3. Customer Responsibility: By placing an order, customers agree to these terms
and are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with this policy.
